Fabricio Casarejos, PhD

Founding director, researcher, and regenerative practitioner

Fabricio Casarejos is the founding director of the Interdisciplinary Center for the Unknown. He is a researcher and regenerative practitioner with a strong foundation in transdisciplinary sciences. He holds a Master’s degree in Cosmology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a PhD in Biophysics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He completed two postdoctoral fellowships in sustainability science at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a postdoctoral fellowship in the field of climate change adaptation at the Centre for Ecology, Evolution and Environmental Changes, University of Lisbon, Portugal. He has various international experience working in Europe, North and South America both individually and as part of a dynamic culturally diverse team.
